Before you come in
- Bring any doctor's note or post-surgery instructions
- Wear clothing that lets us reach the joint being supported
- Note your height for crutch and walker sizing
- Bring measurements if buying for someone who can't attend
- Ask whether rental or purchase suits your recovery length
