Monitoring at home only works if the device is right and you know how to use it. We stock validated monitors and test kits, size the cuff to your arm, and run through a first reading with you before you leave.

Before you come in
- Know what your doctor asked you to track and how often
- Bring your current device if you want readings compared
- Measure your upper-arm circumference for cuff sizing
- Check which test strips your meter model takes
- Ask about warranty and calibration intervals

Wrist or upper-arm monitor?
Upper-arm is more reliable for most people; wrist suits limited mobility or larger arms.
Do you dispose of used lancets?
Yes! bring your filled sharps container and we'll exchange it for a new one.
